Birthday Tea Party Invitations
The event:
A 3 year olds Birthday Tea Party, come dressed up, favors to be presented upon arrival of each guest were sweet pink Easter Hats.
Instructions:
Cut 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock into 4 equal pieces and set aside.
The 'Fun Pass" and flowers were both 'Close to my Heart' stamps. The small hat is a Stamping Up stamp. I used black ink and stamped all images on various scraps of patterned paper. The images were cut out. First I adhered the Fun Pass. The "Tea Party" was added by brushing paint directly onto CTMH alphabet stamps before pressing on the cardstock, carefully lining Party along the Fun Pass. The other stamped images were added along with brads and a few extra flowers. I did not add many embellishments as I knew the recipients, like my daughter, would be carrying these around for play afterwards. The cup of tea stamp is Stamping up. When all was dry, I filled in the pertinent information.
Hot tip:
Don't forget to make one or two extra - one for Moms scrapbook and one for the birthday girl to play with.
